Wirringka Student Services was established at the University of South Australia (UniSA) in 2016 to enhance the university's commitment to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. The name "Wirringka" means "together and in common with" in the Kaurna language. This student support service provides culturally safe spaces, resources, and support services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students across all UniSA campuses.
Wirringka – 'together and in common with' was created by artist Jonathon Warrior. This artwork was commissioned for Wirringka Student Support and features on t-shirts, hoodies and other merchandise.
